intrinsys operates a support desk staffed by a team of highly qualified application engineers who are also users of the software in our own engineering business. We provide instant assistance to customers via phone, email, internet-conference or site visits and through secure connections we can remotely configure and run applications and diagnose any issues.
Named support managers can be provided, selected from our team of experts, giving a single point of contact for the management and co-ordination of all support queries. Our support team will coach users one-to-one when required and ensure best practice methods are applied throughout the company.
