Help Desk

Intrinsys operates a support desk staffed by a team of highly qualified application engineers with a range of industrial backgrounds who are also users of the software in our own engineering business. We provide instant assistance to customers via phone, email, internet-conference or site visits and through secure connections we can remotely configure and run applications and diagnose any issues.  As well as supporting your applications we also provide operating system and hardware support for workstations and peripherals.


Named support managers can be provided, selected from our team of experts, giving a single point of contact for the management and co-ordination of all support queries. Our support team will coach users one-to-one when required and ensure best practice methods are applied.

Flexible support packages include:
  • Software download & upload: Secure and confidential area to enable the transfer of data between client and consultant.
  • Software support: Supply of fixes, patches and refreshes upon request
  • Virtual Machine: “virtual machine” (VM) configured to replicate the clients set-up. VM will be used to assist the support offering and enable greater problem resolution.
  • Application support: Training and on-site consultancy support
  • Telephone support
  • Remote dial-up Webex support
  • Account Engineer: Allocation of a dedicated account engineer to provide a direct contact for any support issues
