Intrinsys would like to take this opportunity to thank its customers

2008 has started extremely well for Intrinsys and we finished the first quarter with a record amount of training activity and external design consultancy support. Intrinsys would like to take this opportunity to thank all of its customers for their business during this period and their very positive feedback.

Ghassan Sultan, Operations Manager for Intrinsys, comments “We delivered a record amount of training in the first 3 months of the year and this trend looks set to continue with training schedules close to full until the end of July. The challenge has been to provide training whenever possible on the dates that customers have requested and this has meant that we have had to double the number of training courses that we have delivered.”

Ghassan continues, “It is a credit to the engineers within Intrinsys that we have been able to support our clients in this manner, they have had to work extremely hard during this period to ensure that the standards that we aim to deliver are maintained.”

In a similar fashion the requirement for design consultancy support has also grown significantly over the past 6 months. Alongside providing customers with CATIA V5 support, Intrinsys have been asked to provide experienced engineers to work on customer projects and by mirroring the client’s environment settings, we are able to work in a seamless manner as an extended part of the client's engineering team.

By providing an engineer with software and hardware, Intrinsys have been able to deliver a very effective solution to customers suffering with periods of high workload and this is an area that Intrinsys are keen to develop further over the coming months.
