Intrinsys break all records for sales of CATIA Express

In 2006, Intrinsys broke all records for worldwide sales of CATIA Express. Nearly 60% of all software sold by Intrinsys was CATIA Express and this was twice the worldwide average.

Intrinsys believe that this was because uniquely the company combines the sales of PLM solutions with a thriving engineering business which uses the software itself to deliver mission critical projects to world-class companies in the Automotive, Aerospace, AEC and Formula 1 Motorsport sectors. Launched in the middle of 2006, CATIA Express is a new suite of CATIA configurations giving full CATIA functionality but at a reduced cost. The package offers a base platform that can be extended with additional functionality bundled together allowing the software to be purchased in a more flexible and cost effective manner. CATIA Express comes configured with SmarTeam PDM (Product Data Management) functionality and offers management of all CAD data irrespective of CAD system including the management of enterprise wide office data such as Microsoft Office documents.
